Father Christmas Comes to Town

On Friday 29 November, Father Christmas will be arriving on the high tide at 6pm with a little help from his friends at the RNLI. The Mayor will be on the Wharf to greet him and before he and his Elves take a sleigh ride around the harbour to say hello to all the waiting children.
The Christmas Lights will be switched on in Royal Square from 7pm.
Please note that there will be road closures around the town as follows: 5-7.30pm Lifeboat Hill, Wharf Road, Fore Street
Make sure you don’t miss SUPER SATURDAY 30 NOVEMBER:
Father Christmas will be in his Ice Palace Grotto from 10.00am to 4pm at the Salvation Army.
ON FRIDAY 29 NOVEMBER, THERE WILL BE ROAD CLOSURES ALONG THE WHARF
FROM LATE AFTERNOON.
