Project Description

Father Christmas Comes to Town
Friday 7 December 2018

Kindly sponsored by

On Friday 7 December, Father Christmas will be arriving on the high tide at 6pm with a little help from his friends at the RNLI. The Mayor will be on the Wharf to greet him and before he and his Elves take a sleigh ride (thank you to Hayle Lions) around the harbour to say hello to all the waiting children.

Please note that there will be road closures around the town as follows: 5-7.30pm Lifeboat Hill,  Wharf Road, Fore Street

Make sure you don’t miss SUPER SATURDAY  8 DECEMBER:  Father Christmas will be in his Ice Palace Grotto from 11.30am to 4pm (closed for lunch from 1.30 -2pm). There’s face painting and juggling to entertain the children while you wait plus a special visit from the St Ives Mermaid.

PLEASE NOTE:

ON FRIDAY 7 DECEMBER, THERE WILL BE ROAD CLOSURES ALONG THE WHARF
FROM LATE AFTERNOON.
