Here is the itinery for the evenings celebrations (Santas arrival by lifeboat, Santas parade around town and the Christmas Light switch on):

Santa will arrive into St Ives Harbour at approximately 6pm (weather permitting) sailing in on the inshore lifeboat. He’ll then disembark in to the BIG lifeboat and then come along to take everyone for a walk round town – Harbour, Fore Street, and to Lifeboat Hill – ready to switch the (churchyard) tree lights on along with the Mayor.  And kids…we need you to bring something noisy for Santas parade (bells, whistles, drums) as we need to tell the town that Santa is here!

The amazballs KRUners will be at the Lifeboat station to keep us entertained.

Santa then will walk back to his grotto (The Glass Tree) for the evening – and expect plenty of snow there!

It is going to be a great evening…and don’t forget to bring along (or grab) your December Offer Booklet to take advantage of some of the great eating deals.
