Getting Here by Car

St Ives is situated in west Cornwall, just off the A30 which runs through Cornwall, from Exeter to Penzance. Leave the A30 and take the A3074 signposted to St Ives, which will take you straight into St Ives through Lelant and Carbis Bay.

Alternatively, you can use the Park and Ride facilities at Lelant Saltings train station. Take the above directions and follow the signs for the Park & Ride just as you get onto the A3074. By Train

If you are travelling by train, take one of the regular mainline services heading towards Penzance and alight at St. Erth station. A frequent local service runs from there along the branch line to St. Ives. Click here for more information. 

By Bus

There are regular bus services from most destinations in west Cornwall to St Ives. From Penzance take No. A17; from Truro take No.T2; from Hayle take No. t2. Click here for bus timetables.
