Foodies loved the Food Trail

Christmas Competitions Food News Presents Shopping Super Saturday

Super Saturday saw the return of the Food Trail, kindly organised by Helen Tripconi. Those entering the Food Trail didn’t have long to wait for the results after they had eaten their way around town via The Cornish Deli, The Coffee Lounge, Warrens, Oven Door, Coco Kitchen, Delices du Monde, The Cornish Bakery, Cornish Cream, Allotment Deli, I Should Coco, Cornish Candy Shoppe, St Ives Bakery, Raw Choc Pie, Ferrells Bakery, Johns Wine Shop, Digey Deli, Norway Stores.

Thanks to the Rum & Crab Shack for hosting the evening’s festivities and for donating the first prize – a meal at the Rum & Crab Shack – which was luckily won by a local contestant. Burdett Wines generously donated the wines for the second prize, which was a bonus for holidaymaker, Natalie Chalners. If you missed this year’s, look out for the Food Trail 2018!
